Friends and Family, please pray for the family of Steven Curtis Chapman. They tragically lost their 5 year old daughter yesterday. For years now, he has been my all-time favorite Christian artist. I just heard this news this morning and my heart breaks for them.

I can't even begin to imagine what they're going through. I'm like you--I've been a fan of his for years. I've always been impressed by his love for his family. I know awful things happen to strangers every day, but for some reason Maria's death has just really affected me this week! Can't stop tearing up. Anyway...I'm rambling...yeah, we need to pray for them.
i'm so thankful that you have a blog and that i had the chance to meet your family. i had a great time in class with your girls. i hope your trip home was safe and that your time in florida was enjoyable!! hopefully we'll talk soon!
